Dr. Frankie Guillot Rholdon was born and raised in New Iberia, LA. She received a Bachelors of Science in biochemistry from Louisiana State University. Dr. Rholdon attended medical school in Dallas, TX at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. She then completed an Internal Medicine internship at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge at Earl K Long Medical Center and a residency in Dermatology at Louisiana State University in New Orleans.
Dr. Rholdon is a board-certified dermatologist. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Louisiana Dermatological Society, Women's Dermatologic Society, and American Contact Dermatitis Society.
Dr. Rholdon lives in Lafayette with her husband, Roger and three children, John Parker, Leona and Keller.

She then received her Master of Science from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana. Dr. Drew received her MD from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, and completed her medical training with an internship in Internal Medicine and a residency in Dermatology at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center.
Dr. Kim Drew is a board-certified dermatologist. She is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, the American Academy of Dermatology, the Louisiana Dermatological Society, and the Women's Dermatologic Society.

Dr. Machen attended medical school in New Orleans, LA at Louisiana State University School of Medicine. She then completed an Internal Medicine internship at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans and attended Vanderbilt University for a residency in Dermatology, where she served as Chief Resident.

Emily then went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA in 2022.
Emily is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates and the Louisiana Academy of Physician Assistants.
Emily's interest in the medical field and dermatology started many years ago, when she was a young teenager struggling with acne and a patient of Dr. Frankie Rholdon. She feels as if things have truly come full circle, being able to come back home to Acadiana and work for the physician that inspired her to choose her career path. She is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful skin and feels fortunate to be able to do this every day.
Emily now resides in Broussard with her husband Alan and their two dogs, Lucy and Tchoupitoulas.

Through hard work and dedication, she has gradually worked her way to the position she has the most passion for..... hands on patient care. She is a graduate of Blue Cliff Cosmetology in Lafayette in 2011, and received training in all things associated with skin, hair and nails. After working in salons and spas in the Lafayette area she decided to join our medical practice to further her knowledge in a more medical aspect of her field.

For more than 20 years, I've had the privilege of working in the medical field, with a special focus on cosmetic, aesthetic and dermatological care. As a Certified Dermatology Technician and Cosmetic Coordinator at Lafayette Dermatology, I truly love what I do. I joined Lafayette Dermatology in September 2012, and I feel incredibly blessed to call this practice home.
Over the years, I've had the opportunity to wear many hats, but one of the most meaningful parts of my journey have been working alongside our doctors and caring for patients through both their dermatological and cosmetic needs.
What I love most is getting to know my patients, not just what they would like to improve, but what makes them feel like the very best version of themselves. I believe every aesthetic journey should be personal, comfortable, and never about pressure. During each Cosmetic & Aesthetic Consultation, my goal is to listen, educate, and help you feel confident in making the choices that are right for you.
Outside of Lafayette Dermatology, I'm a wife to my wonderful husband, Todd, and a mom to our two children, Kasyn and Charli Rose. When I'm not at the office, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, organizing something (which I truly love!), or enjoying the outdoors.
